Forfeiture Of Bail/bond
(1) If a person who has furnished a
bail/bond pursuant to this Chapter fails to appear in the court, the
bail/bond furnished by him or her shall be forfeited.
(2) If any immovable property has been furnished as a
bail/bond pursuant to sub-section (1), the property equal to the

amount to be paid by such person shall be sold or recovered and the
rest property shall be returned to him or her.
